Director/Creator/Producer: In The Weeds showcases the thrill and skill of foraging for fresh food. The series features chefs who learn from foraging experts how to hunt for a specific wild ingredient. At the end of each excursion, the chefs prepare a meal in the wilderness and feast on their findings. In The Weeds is licensed by CBC Documentary Channel and Air Canada inflight entertainment.
